<br />the Bureau of Fire Prevention and as inspectors as shall, from time to time, be necessary. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Fire Inspector: Refer to the Fire Inspection Protocol Amendment No. 1 put into effect on June 1, 1987. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Annual Report: A report of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be made annually and transmitted to the <br />Council. (Ord. 496, 11-12-91) <br /> <br />1002.04: PERMIT FEES: All Fire Department permit fees shall be set in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by <br />resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 496, 11-12-91) <br /> <br />1002.05: NEW MATERIALS, PROCESSES AND OCCUPANCIES APPEALS BOARD: The Fire Department Board <br />of Directors and the Fire Chief shall act as the local board of appeals with regard to enforcement of this Chapter and the <br />Minnesota Uniform Fire Code. <br /> <br />The City Council and the Chief of the Fire Department shall act as a committee to determine and specify, after giving <br />affected persons an opportunity, any new materials, processes or occupancies which shall require permits, in addition to those <br />now enumerated in said Code. The Chief of the Fire Department shall post such list in a conspicuous place in the Chief's <br />office and distribute copies thereof to interested persons. (Ord. 496, 11-12-91) <br />
