With a 16,247 square foot lot, it is estimated that the EDA <br />could reasonably expect to recapture $40,000 after demolition and legal fees. <br />Disadvantages include reduced control over the land and a higher net loss of funds <br />in the near term. <br /> <br />Second, staff would respectively request that consideration/direction be provided regarding <br />the overall development of this area. In particular, is there any specific type of <br />development that the EDA would like to see occur in this area? Given the adjacent land <br />uses, single family attached and detached housing or a combination of these two would <br />seem to be the two primary alternatives.
