VII. Evaluation of Proposals <br /> <br />Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />1. Responsiveness of the proposal in clearly stating an understanding of the work to be <br />performed for the City. <br /> <br />2. Competence of team, including technical education and training, experience in <br />highway design and engineering work, availability of adequate personnel, and firm’s <br />support service capability. <br /> <br />3. Relevant experience in similar projects. <br /> <br />4. Demonstrated capacity to successfully design an approach and work plan to meet <br />project requirements and then fulfill the requirements of the plan. <br /> <br />5. Fee schedule <br /> <br />6.
