<br />RESOLUTION 5502 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO <br />SATURN TRANSPORTATION TO RELOCATE ITS OPERATIONS TO BUILDING A <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saturn Transportation Company desires to move its operations to Building A of Mounds <br />View Business Park; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saturn Transportation has a fleet of semi trailers and is in the business of transporting retail <br />store fixtures for its clients to various locations throughout the country; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of its operation, Saturn Transportation would need to park semi trailers on the <br />property; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, because of the community’s heightened focus on Highway 10 and the potential for increased <br />truck traffic in residential areas, the City Council is choosing to examine closely those uses seeking to locate within <br />the business parks. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby allow Saturn <br />Transportation Company to occupy Building A of Mounds View Business Park contingent upon Saturn executing an <br />agreement in which it agrees to the following conditions of occupancy: <br /> <br />5. Saturn shall not park more than 26 trailers on the property at any one time. <br />6. Saturn shall submit verifiable proof of off-site trailer storage. <br />7. Truck access to the facility shall be via Highway 10, utilizing Quincy Street, Woodale Drive or Program <br />Avenue.
