Linder=s CUP Request <br />Planning Case No. 548-99 <br />March 22, 1999 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has adopted Resolution 638-00, a <br />resolution which recommends to the Mounds View City Council approval of the Mermaid <br />Addition preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the <br />preliminary plat of the Mermaid Addition major subdivision, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> <br />4. The City Attorney shall perform a plat opinion regarding the major subdivision to <br />determine consistency with applicable codes and statutes as well as to ensure that all <br />of the registered owners of the properties and those parties having an interest in the <br />properties are represented and accounted for. <br /> <br />5. The developer shall execute a sign easement document which dedicates to the City of <br />Mounds View the forty foot triangle at the corner of Highway 10 and County Road H <br />as shown on the preliminary plat for a City gateway sign. <br /> <br />3. The developer shall file the Final Plat with the City for its approval no later than six <br />months after approval has been granted for the preliminary plat, otherwise the <br />preliminary and final plat will be considered void, unless an extension has been <br />requested by the developer for good cause and granted by the City Council. <br /> <br />4.
