Resolution No. 5458 <br />September 25, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5458 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE <br />“MOUNDS VIEW CITY HALL ADDITION” <br />PROPOSED BY TOLD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. PD00-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company (hereinafter the “Developer”) has applied <br />for a Major Subdivision to subdivide and reorganize properties within its proposed planned unit <br />development at the northeast corner of Highway 10 and Edgewood Drive; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final plat date-stamped September 18, 2000, entitled “MOUNDS VIEW CITY <br />HALL ADDITION” has been submitted by the applicant; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties included with the Major Subdivision are legally-described as <br />follows: <br />(SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 10, 2000, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />approved Resolution 5409 which gave authority to the Developer to submit an application for a <br />Planned Unit Development and Major Subdivision inclusive of City-owned property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 14, 2000, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />approved Resolution 5454 which approved the preliminary plat of the proposed Mounds <br />View City Hall Addition major subdivision; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan recommended for approval by the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission designates the parcels associated with the PUD as CC-PUD, Community <br />Commercial Planned Unit Development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposed final plat <br />of the Mounds View City Hall Addition and finds it to be consistent with the preliminary
