The City’s <br />remnant parcel would be rezoned to PUD from PF, the Midland Videen land would be <br />rezoned to PUD, except that part to be joined with the Community Center, which would <br />be rezoned PF, and the Community center would be rezoned PF instead of the current <br />B-3 business commercial designation. <br /> <br />The City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance 665 at its meeting on August <br />14, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance 665. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />____________________ <br />James Ericson, Planner <br /> <br /> <br />Attachment: <br /> <br />1.
