<br />Staff Report No. 10 H <br />Meeting Date: 08/14/00 <br />Type of Business: CB <br />WK: Work Session; PH: Public Hearing; <br />CA: Consent Agenda; CB: Council Business City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Mayor and City Council Members <br />From: Rick Jopke, Community Development Director <br />Item Title/Subject: Approval Highway 10 Study Phase 2 Work Plan <br />Date of Report: August 29, 2018 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Bob Thistle from Springsted presented the Highway 10 Study Phase 1 report to the City Council at <br />the August 7th work session. The next phase of the study is to prepare a Highway 10 Improvement <br />Plan which will include specific action items to be included, estimated costs, funding sources, and an <br />implementation schedule. <br /> <br />Attached for your consideration is a work plan for phase two of the study that Springsted has <br />developed. The cost to the City to complete phase 2 of the study is estimated to be $9,075. Springsted <br />estimates that the estimated time to complete phase 2 would be 6 to 8 weeks from the time they <br />receive cost estimate information. <br /> <br />Representatives from Springsted will be present at the August 14, 2000 City Council meeting to <br />discuss the work plan and answer any questions that the City Council may have. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve the Highway 10 Study Phase 2 Work Plan and <br />authorize the expenditure or up to $9,075 to Springsted to complete the study. <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Rick Jopke, Community Development Director <br />
