<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5454 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />CITY HALL ADDITION PROPOSED BYTOLD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. PD00-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company (hereinafter the “Developer”) has applied <br />for a Major Subdivision to subdivide and reorganize properties within its proposed planned unit <br />development at the northeast corner of Highway 10 and Edgewood Drive; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary plat date-stamped August 10, 2000 and titled “MOUNDS VIEW <br />CITY HALL ADDITION” has been submitted by the applicant; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties included with the Major Subdivision are legally-described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 10, 2000, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />approved Resolution 5409 which gave authority to the Developer to submit an application for a <br />Planned Unit Development and Major Subdivision inclusive of City-owned property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents relative to this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />1. Application, dated May 8, 2000 <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Property Survey, prepared by Loucks Associates, date-stamped June 30, 2000. <br />5. Preliminary Plat, prepared by Loucks Associates, date-stamped August 10, 2000. <br />6. Resolution 5409, adopted January 10, 2000 <br />7. Planning Commission Resolution 623-00, approved July 19, 2000 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan recommended for approval by the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission designates the parcels associated with the PUD as CC-PUD, Community <br />Commercial Planned Unit Development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposed preliminary plat <br />which contemplates the subdivision of City Hall property by splitting off the “Remnant Parcel” <br />created by the new alignment of Edgewood Drive and the reorganization of Midland Videen <br />properties to create two developable parcels fronting the realigned Edgewood Drive and one <br />undevelopable Outlot fronting Highway 10 and finds that the proposed preliminary plat is in <br />conformance with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and, <br />
