RJV-184370v2 MU210-48 16 national origin, or any other classification prohibited by law in the sale, lease, rental, or use or occupancy of the Property or Improvements erected or to be erected thereon, or any part thereof; and (b) shall otherwise comply with the restrictions on use set forth in this Agreement. Section 7.13. Recording. The City may record this Agreement and any amendments thereto with the Ramsey County recorder. The Developer shall pay all costs for recording. Section 7.14. Attorney Fees. Whenever any Event of Default occurs and if the City shall employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due or to become due, or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Developer under this Agreement, the Developer agrees that it shall, within ten days of written demand by the City, pay to the City the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the City. Section 7.15. Site Development Requirements. The site development requirements are more fully set forth in Exhibit F, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth fully herein. These requirements are binding upon the Developer and shall be obligations upon the Developer unless inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Section 7.16. Choice of Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of this Agreement shall be heard in the state or federal courts of Minnesota, and all parties to this Agreement waive any objection to the jurisdiction of these courts, whether based on convenience or otherwise.
