RJV-184370v2 <br />MU210-48 16 <br />national origin, or any other classification prohibited by law in the sale, lease, rental, or use or <br />occupancy of the Property or Improvements erected or to be erected thereon, or any part thereof; <br />and (b) shall otherwise comply with the restrictions on use set forth in this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 7.13. Recording. The City may record this Agreement and any amendments <br />thereto with the Ramsey County recorder. The Developer shall pay all costs for recording. <br /> <br /> Section 7.14. Attorney Fees. Whenever any Event of Default occurs and if the City shall <br />employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due or to become due, or <br />for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of <br />the Developer under this Agreement, the Developer agrees that it shall, within ten days of written <br />demand by the City, pay to the City the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other <br />expenses so incurred by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 7.15. Site Development Requirements. The site development requirements are <br />more fully set forth in Exhibit F, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of <br />this Agreement as if set forth fully herein. These requirements are binding upon the Developer <br />and shall be obligations upon the Developer unless inconsistent with the provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 7.16. Choice of Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, enforced <br />and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes, <br />controversies, or claims arising out of this Agreement shall be heard in the state or federal courts <br />of Minnesota, and all parties to this Agreement waive any objection to the jurisdiction of these <br />courts, whether based on convenience or otherwise. <br />
