Messiah Lutheran Church Expansion <br />Staff Report <br />April 20, 2000 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the wetland buffer permit to locate a stormwater holding pond within ten feet <br />of the delineated wetland on the Messiah Lutheran Church site located at 2848 County Road H2, <br />with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the perpetual public ponding <br />and drainage easement encompassing the onsite stormwater pond and delineated wetland, <br />dedicated per Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. <br /> <br />2. No development activities shall encroach within or disturb the delineated wetland. <br /> <br />3. Proper and effective erosion control measures shall be installed and remain functional throughout the <br />construction period and remain in place until such time that all disturbed areas have been resodded, <br />landscaped or are supportive of natural vegetative regrowth. <br /> <br />4. Approval shall be subject to the applicant being granted a Rice Creek Watershed <br />Permit.
