Kleinschmidt CUP Request <br />Planning Case CU00-002 <br />April 24, 2000 <br />Page 9 <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the applicant has <br />sufficiently demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed oversized shed; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed oversized shed <br />would be sufficiently screened and separated by distance from adjacent residentially-zoned properties <br />in that the location of the shed behind the home and garages and next to a privacy fence would screen <br />it from general public view <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall arrange to record the City Council resolution approving the conditional use permit with Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City within sixty days of Council approval or this permit shall be considered null and void. <br />2. The shed shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the district in <br />which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which the permit was <br />granted, the conditional use permit shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />3. No other sheds or accessory buildings, other than the existing garage, shall be allowed <br />on the property. The existing shed may remain on the lot until thirty days beyond the date by <br />which the proposed shed is completed. <br /> <br />4.
