After further review of the salary schedule and the Pay <br />Equity Plan, staff realized an error had occurred in the proposed salary when Labor Relations <br />conducted the Predicted Pay Report. Staff consulted with Labor Relations the next day to work <br />out the details of a new top salary and Pay Report. Staff recommends $48,000.00 as the top of the <br />salary range verses the earlier proposed $50,000.00.
