RESOLUTION NO. 5522 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE ACTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION DURING THE INTERIM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Administrator Chuck Whiting is resigning his position effective March <br />27, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />names Director of Public Works Mike Ulrich as Interim City Administrator starting <br />March 28, 2000 and continuing until the starting date for the new City Administrator; <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT compensation provisions be as follows: <br /> <br />1. A monthly increase of $1,000 added to his current salary <br /> <br />2. A monthly car allowance of $200 to cover his attendance for local and greater <br />Metropolitan area meetings, conferences and other work related activities. <br /> <br />3.
