SJR-125054v2 <br />MU210-4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 649 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />CHARTER BY AMENDING SUBDIVISION 1 OF SECTION 3.04 OF THE CHARTER <br />OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the recommendation of the City of <br />Mounds View Charter Commission, deems that Subdivision 1 of Section 3.04 of the Charter of the City <br />of Mounds View is hereby amended by the addition of the bold and underlined language and by the <br />deletion of the bold and stricken language as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 3.04. Ordinances, Resolutions and Motions. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, or state law, or a more <br />restrictive City ordinance, an affirmative vote of three or more members of the Council shall <br />be required for the adoption of all ordinances, resolutions and motions.
