Linder=s CUP Request <br />Planning Case No. 548-99 <br />March 22, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5416 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO INITIATE A REZONING <br />ACTION FOR CERTAIN GOLF COURSE PARCELS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course property is made up of a collection <br />of subdivided, platted and unplatted parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course properties are collectively zoned <br />CRP (Conservancy, Recreation and Preservation), PF (Public Facilities), and I-1 <br />(Industrial); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to establish a proper and <br />consistent zoning designation over the entirety of the Golf Course grounds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View does hereby direct and authorize staff to initiate and <br />undertake a rezoning action of parcels associated with the Bridges Golf Course. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Dan Coughlin, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Charles S.
