MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: Coughlin, Marty, Stigney, Quick and Thomason. <br /> <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> A. Monday, February 14, 2000, City Council Agenda <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin asked the Council if anyone would like to add items to the agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin requested Item 7-E, Continuation of Consideration of Ordinance 637, be <br />stricken from the Consent Agenda, and added as discussion item 10-E, under Council Business. <br />He explained that it had not been anticipated the City Attorney would have the language <br />necessary for Council consideration at this time, therefore, the item had been listed on the <br />Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin requested the addition of Item 10-F, appointing himself as the interim <br />representative to the Anoka County-Blaine Airport Advisory Commission. He indicated he was <br />in receipt of the resignation of one of the current members of this board, and requested the <br />Council consider appointing him to fill in for this position. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Accept the February 14, 2000, City Council Agenda as <br />Amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. City Council Meeting Minutes of January 24, 2000 <br />B. City Council Meeting Minutes of March 8, 1999 <br />C. City Council Meeting Minutes of March 22, 1999 <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin stated the previous recording secretary had done an inadequate job correcting <br />the March 8, and March 22, 1999 City Council minutes and staff had expressed some concern <br />with regard to publishing minutes of this nature on the City’s Website. He explained that the <br />current recording secretary and her company had agreed to review the videotapes of these
