There were none. <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, read the Consent Agenda. <br />Councilmember Blanchard requested removal of Item 1 from the Consent Agenda <br />because this item had been tabled at the August 26, 1991 regular meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt the Consent Agenda <br />minus Item 1. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Quick to take Item 1, New Water <br />Treatment Plant - Remote Terminal Plan off the table for <br />review and action. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />~amantha Orduno Cit Administrator reviewed this item. The Council <br />Y <br />previously approved Automatic Systems as the Sole Source for the controls <br />for the new water treatment plant. This item provides communication between <br />the plant controls and the main computer at the City shops. Staff is asking <br />Council to accept the quotation from Automatic Systems for the Model 9501 <br />Microcat Remote Terminal Unit in the amount of $9,549 to be charged to <br />Account No. 680-4121-703.. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Rickaby to accept quotation in the amount <br />of $9,549 for the purchase of a Remote Terminal Unit. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. to considex the request <br />for amendment to a Planned Unit Development, Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang <br />Drive. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, explained that Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang <br />Circle, has requested an amendment to a previously approved P.U.D. in order <br />to allow the placement of a 30' x 50' canopy at the site. <br />This request has been reviewed by the Council at the September 3, 1991 <br />~ting. The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request and <br />,commended approval. Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:08 p.m. <br />
