The <br />proposed expansion/addition represents a substantive redevelopment of the project area. The area <br />is highlighted below: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As the map above highlights, the Mermaid has acquired the adjacent land necessary to proceed <br />with their project. Previously, it was discovered that Perkins would not be renewing their lease with <br />the current land owner. It is anticipated that they will be closing sometime around October. The
