Any applicant must be able to demonstrate financial stability, or ability to pay established <br />rent. <br />5. Any applicant must understand that this is intended as a temporary rental and a 60 day <br />cancellation notice will apply. <br />6. At which time as a vacancy occurs, all interested parties on record (waiting list) will be <br />considered based on this criteria, without regard to when they got on the waiting list. <br />The above policy addresses potential tenants for the property and is intended for discussion <br />purposes.
