Resolution 634-00 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the minor subdivision of 2468 and 2474 County Road H2 requested by <br />RTM Management, Inc.: <br /> <br />1. Prior to the City Council approving this subdivision, the applicant shall submit the <br />required park dedication in the amount of $733.00. <br /> <br />2. The Certificate of Survey shall be revised to show a ten-foot drainage and utility <br />easement along the front and rear property lines and a five foot drainage and utility <br />easement along the side property lines of the proposed lot as required by Municipal <br />Code. Text shall be added which states, “A separate drainage and utility easement <br />document has been executed and recorded with Ramsey County.” <br /> <br />3.
