PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CTI'Y OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />December 9, 1991 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. <br />on Monday, December 9, 1991. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />~LL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, Blanchard, Rickaby and <br />Mayor Linke. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, Finance <br />Director, Don Brager, Public Works Director, <br />Ric Minetor, Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Director, Mary Saarion, Public Works Foreman, <br />Mike Ulrich and City Attorney, Mark Rarney <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Quick to approve <br />November 25, 1991 as amended. On Page 9, <br />Paragraph 7, the date for repeal of the <br />sunset clause should be, December 31, <br />1993. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />Mayor Linke noted that the Lion's <br />like to make at this time.
