Appendix A <br />The proposed project consists of a 3-story, 60-unit workforce rental building situated on <br />approximately 3.4 acres at the intersection of Mounds View Boulevard and Groveland Road in <br />Mounds View, Minnesota. The project includes underground parking and storage with a unit mix <br />of one, two and three-bedroom units. At least 40% of the units will be affordable to households at <br />or below 60% of the area median income. It is anticipated that the project will be financed with a <br />pay-as-you-go note and interfund loan. <br />Appendix A-1
