4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1082-18 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br />COMMISSION FINDING THAT A MODIFICATION TO THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-6 <br />CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") and the <br />City of Mounds View (the "City") have proposed to adopt a Modification to the Redevelopment <br />Plan for the Mounds View Economic Development Project (the "Redevelopment Plan <br />Modification") and a Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1- <br />6 (the "TIF Plan") therefor (the Redevelopment Plan Modification and the TIF Plan are referred <br />to collectively herein as the "Plans") and have submitted the Plans to the City Planning <br />Commission (the "Commission") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subd. 3; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine their conformity with <br />the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the <br />Comprehensive Plan for the City; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to <br />approval of the minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of March 7, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />Angelica Klebsch, Chair <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Jon Sevald, City Planner/Supervisor <br />(SEAL)
