The escrow/letter of credit <br />may be released one-year after the certificate of <br />occupancy is issued, and upon inspection of the <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />A 4’ tall wrought-iron fence will be installed within the <br />front yard. <br /> <br />Screening & Buffering: Non-residential parking lots consisting of 5 or more <br />spaces are required to be screened from view from <br />residential uses.
