<br />As illustrated in the preceding table, the Mounds View Site PMA experienced a decline
<br />in population but an increase in households between 2000 and 2010. However, between
<br />2010 and 2016, the population increased by 1,159, or 2.0%. During the same period,
<br />households increased by 544, or 2.3%. Projections through 2021 indicate there will be
<br />59,870 people in 24,704 households within the Site PMA. This represents a population
<br />increase of 1,766 (3.0%) and a household increase of 762 (3.2%).
