Resolution 1076-17 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Staff Report, dated July 19, 2017 <br />Preliminary Plat and related drawings, dated July 13, 2017 <br />Traffic Impact Study, dated June 8, 2017 <br />Housing Study, dated April 28, 2017 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission finds that the <br />request is consistent with the City of Mounds View Municipal Code, Section 1000 (Building and <br />Development Regulations), Section 1100 (Zoning Code), and Section 1200 (Land Subdivision), <br />and the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, based upon the above <br />findings, the information and documents regarding the proposed plans within the Preliminary <br />Plat package of “Boulevard”, the Staff Report, and testimony of the applicant, and in <br />consideration of public testimony, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend approval <br />of the Development Review of Boulevard, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant, MWF Properties, LLC, shall construct the project consistent with plans, <br />dated July 13, 2017, and consistent with the Preliminary Plat, dated July 13, 2017 <br />(Resolution 1075-17). <br /> <br />2. The applicant, MWF Properties, LLC, shall obtain all applicable permits from the City of <br />Mounds View (Building, Right-of-Way, Zoning), Ramsey County (Right-of-way), Rice <br />Creek Watershed District, and other applicable agencies. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to <br />approval of the minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 19th day of July, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />Gary Stevenson, Chair <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Jon Sevald, Planner <br />(SEAL) <br />
