The dry basin will be 6’ below <br />grade. <br /> <br />During the July 19th Planning Commission meeting, there <br />was discussion if this should be a wet pond. <br /> <br />Erosion Control A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) is <br />included in the submitted plans. <br /> <br />Driveways A 24’ wide driveway is proposed, accessing Groveland Rd <br />(maximum permitted is 32’ in the R-4 district). <br /> <br />During the July 19th Planning Commission meeting, there <br />was discussion of adding a center median at the entrance. <br /> <br />Trails The City maintains a trail system along Mounds View Blvd. <br />between Groveland Rd and Co Rd H. The applicant <br />proposes to extend this trail at their expense, along the <br />south property line.
