The <br />existing home will remain on Parcel A, while Parcel B is intended to be sold. <br />Discussion: <br />A Minor Subdivision is a division of land less than two acres in size in which no more <br />than one additional parcel or lot is created. 7800 Eastwood Rd currently has a house <br />and attached garage on the property. The house is on the north side of the lot, and will <br />remain after the subdivision. <br />The property is zoned R-1 Single -Family Residential. The Comprehensive Plan guides <br />the property for Single -Family Detached residential.
