<br />d. The exterior design of the Accessory Dwelling Unit shall be consistent with the <br />character of the single-family home, and shall not have the appearance of two <br />separate dwellings. <br /> <br />e. A minimum of one (1) off-street parking space shall be provided for the Accessory <br />Dwelling Unit. <br /> <br />f. Accessory Dwelling Units shall be licensed as a rental dwelling, and comply with <br />Chapter 1012 (Rental Dwelling License). <br /> <br />g.
