The number of parking <br />stalls may be reduced by 15% if approved by the City Council as part of a Development <br />Review, contingent upon providing “proof of parking”. Required parking for office space is <br />based on the size of the office floor area. Required parking for a Warehouse is based <br />on the number of employees. <br /> <br />EXTERIOR LIGHTING <br /> <br />Exterior lighting as proposed is compliant with City Code. Light fixtures are required to <br />be down-cast. Maximum required brightness is 0.4 foot-candles measured at a <br />residential property line, and 1.0 foot-candles measured at the middle of a public street. <br />The lighting plan does not indicate brightness at these locations, but does along the <br />facility’s property line, which ranges from 0.0 to 0.9 foot-candles. <br /> <br />SIGNAGE <br /> <br />No signage is proposed at this time. Any signage will need to comply with the City <br />Code, and will be reviewed and approved administratively. <br /> <br />4 City Code, Section 1121.13
