<br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 1011-14 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />FOR A NEW 16,692 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON COUNTY ROAD <br />10, WEST OF WOODALE DRIVE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE DE2014-001 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Build to Suit, Inc., has submitted a development review to construct a <br />new 16,692 square foot single story building on vacant property on County Road 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lots in question is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcels are legally described as: <br /> <br />Sec 08, Tn 30, Rn 23, Ex N Ft For Co Rd H2 Park Of NW ¼ of NW ¼ of SE ¼ Nely Of <br />L Par With And 150 Ft Nely From Cl Of Sth 10/62 <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Part Of SW ¼ Of NW ¼ Of SE ¼ Nely Of L Park With & 150 Ft Nely From Cl Of Sth <br />10/62 (Subj to Rd & Esmts) in Sec 08, Tn, Rn 23 <br /> <br />PIN’s 08-30-23-42-0001 and 08-30-23-42-0012 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View City Code requires all new <br />commercial development to be reviewed by the Planning Commission for consistency with <br />all codes, regulations and requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />relative to this request: <br /> <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Site Plans <br />4. Aerial View <br />5. Photographic Documentation <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission has reviewed the request by Build to Suit, Inc. for a new commercial building <br />for BioLife Plasma Services and recommends approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Build to Suit, Inc. shall enter into various agreements with the City including (but not <br />limited to) a Developers Agreement.
