1116.05 1116.06 (Rev. 5/04) <br /> <br /> <br />1116.05: COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISIONS: All permitted, accessory or <br />conditional uses in an I-1 District shall comply with the following: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Code Sections 1103.08, 1103.09, 1103.10 and 1103.11 of this Title regarding <br />screening, glare, smoke, dust, odors and noise are adhered to. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Traffic generated would be compatible and within the operating limits of the primary <br />streets used for access. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring residential uses, or if <br />abutting a residential district, in compliance with subdivisions 1103.08(l) through (5) of <br />this Title. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Storage is screened from view from the public right of way in compliance with <br />subdivisions 1103.08(l) through (5) of this Title. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Storage and sales areas are grassed or surfaced to control dust. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be visible <br />from the public right of way or from neighboring residences and shall be in compliance <br />with Section 1103.09 of this Title. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. The provisions of subdivision 1125.01(1)e of this Title are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Permits or approvals required from other public agencies (i.e., Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency, Department of Natural Resources, Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission and Rice Creek Watershed District) be obtained prior to final approval of <br />use. (1988 Code §40.20; 1993 Code) <br /> <br /> <br />1116.06: INTERIM USES: The following are interim uses in an I-1 District requiring an <br />Interim Use Permit. An interim use permit must be obtained in accordance with procedures <br />identical in form and substance to the conditional use permit procedures found in <br />Section 1125.01, subdivision 3 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. Interim Use Permits may <br />be approved for a determined or undetermined period of time at the sole discretion of the City <br />Council. (Added, Ord. 735, 5-10-04) <br /> <br />Subd. 1.
