Call to Order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. for May 1, 2013. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Members Present: Commissioners Carvelli-Yu, Elofson, Miller, Rundle, Schiltgen, <br />Stevenson and Smith. <br /> <br />Absent and Excused: None. <br /> <br />Also Present: Planning Associate Heidi Heller. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />3. Special Order of Business <br /> <br />A. Recognition of Jean Miller for Her Years of Service on the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller explained Commissioner Jean Miller has resigned her position from <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Chair Stevenson thanked Commissioner Miller for her 33 years of service to the City of Mounds <br />View. He presented her with a certificate of appreciation and flowers.
