(1988 Code §40.23) <br /> <br />1119.02: PERMITTED USES: All permitted accessory or conditional uses contained in Chapters 1106 <br />through 1118 of this Title shall be treated as permitted uses to eliminate the overlapping procedural <br />requirements of individual conditional use provisions. (1988 Code §40.23) <br /> <br />1119.03: SPECIAL PROCEDURES: The establishment of a PUD, Planned Unit Development District <br />shall be subject to the amendment requirements as outlined in Section 1125.01 of this Title plus the procedures <br />and conditions imposed by Chapter 1120 of this Chapter.
