If no such document exists, signage shall <br />be as permitted for a B-3 zoning district. <br />** Directional signs may be allowed within right of ways upon written approval of the City, the appropriate governmental agency <br />having jurisdiction over the road way (if not the City) and the owner of the property directly abutting said sign. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Ground Sign Height, by District: The following table represents the maximum height <br />allowed for ground signs in each zoning district. If <br />no such document exists, signage shall be as allowed for a B-3 zoning District. (Ord. 679, <br />5-29-01) <br />(3) Maximum billboard sign height in some locations is 45 feet.
