MI2013-001 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Engberg, has requested approval of a minor subdivision to <br />adjust the common lot line between 3030 County Road, J and 3032 County Road J; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both of the properties are zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and <br />are legally-described as: <br /> <br />3030 County Road J <br />The West 100 feet of the East 532 feet of Lot 1, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 89, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />PIN 06-30-23-22-0088 <br /> <br />3032 County Road J <br />That part lying West of the East 532 feet of Lot 1, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 89, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />PIN 06-30-2322-0089 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 12 feet by 85 feet of land being detached from 3032 County <br />Road J and attached to 3030 County Road J is legally described as: <br /> <br />The East 12 feet of the South 85 feet thereof, as measured at right angles. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant proposes to adjust the lot line dividing 3030 and 3032 <br />County Road J to give the property at 3030 County Road J an additional 1,020 square feet <br />(12’ x 85’); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Applicant’s request for a <br />minor subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, <br />and 1202 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the Applicant’s request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and,
