Mounds View City Council <br />~egular Meeting <br />Page Two <br />August 10, 1992 <br />RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />There were no residents requests or comments from the floor. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Linke introduced the Consent Agenda. Samantha Orduno, City <br />Administrator, read the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt the Consent Agenda <br />as presented. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. to consider a request for <br />a conditional use permit for an oversized accessory building at 2454 County <br />Road H2. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, reviewed Staff Report No. 92-345C regarding <br />the application for an oversized accessory building. The applicants <br />~equest is for a 352 square foot accessory building. The applicant has been <br />dvised that the only vehicles that may be stored in the accessory building <br />are licensed collector vehicles. The Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />request and found it to be in conformance with all applicable sections of <br />the Municipal Code. <br />Councilmember Wuori stated that in the past the City has had a contingency <br />that the driveway to the garage be removed. Wuori stated that the <br />resolution does not mention this, nor does the staff report. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, stated that there is no improved surface or <br />driveway leading to the garage. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Quick to adopt Resolution No. 4267 Approving the <br />Request by Robert Stauner for a Conditional Use Permit to Allow an Oversized <br />Accessory Building on his Property at 2454 County Road H2, Planning Case No. <br />348-92 <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br />A. Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reviewed Staff Report No. 92-347C <br />. regarding the extension of deadline for water and sewer hook-ups. <br />Orduno stated that the Council had set August 31, 1992 as the current <br />deadline for hooking up to City water and sewer.
