Mounds View Planning Commission October 5, 2011 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br />________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Code, an applicant has one year to complete the work permitted by the variance or the applicant <br />may file for an extension. <br /> <br />Associate Heller recommended the Commission pass Resolution 950-11 reapproving the Select <br />Senior Living variance requests. <br /> <br />Commissioner Meehlhause questioned if the City collected additional fees for each variance re- <br />approval process. <br /> <br />Associate Heller stated there were no additional fees charged by the City for variance re- <br />approval requests, but that there was a recent change to the City Code that adds a fee for <br />subdivision reapprovals. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schiltgen questioned if there was a limit to the number of times this item could be <br />reapproved. <br /> <br />Associate Heller indicated the Commission and Council could opt to not reapprove the planning <br />requests, but City Codes allows for the item to be reapproved indefinitely or until the applicant <br />allows the variances to lapse. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Cramblit/Commissioner Meehlhause.
