MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 902-09 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO <br />REMOVE THE R-O, RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT FROM THE <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that Chapter 1111, R-O, Residential-Office <br />zoning district be deleted from the Zoning Code, along with all other references in the city <br />code to the R-O district; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has deleted Chapter 1111 in its entirety, and amended <br />Chapters 1008, 1104, 1105, 1121 and 1124 of the Mounds View Zoning Code by deleting <br />the stricken language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 2. and Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 3 <br /> <br />Subd. 2. If no such document <br />exists, signage shall be as permitted for a B-3 zoning district. <br /> <br />** Directional signs may be allowed within right of ways upon written approval of the City, the appropriate <br />governmental agency having jurisdiction over the road way (if not the City) and the owner of the property directly <br />abutting said sign.
