Allowing for an additional 12.5 square feet on the west and south sides of the <br />building would be the minimum variance necessary to provide suitable visibility of <br />the additional “Food Market” wording and alleviate the hardship. <br />6. The variance would not be materially detrimental to the purpose of the Municipal <br />Code or to other property in the commercial zoning districts. <br />7.
