We found that the site appears to have adequate parking available to support additional retail <br />development. To reach this conclusion it is necessary to consider what is the realistic peak parking <br />need for the center, rather than blindly adding the peak use of each facility individually. <br /> <br />This peak would occur when all of the event rooms are booked to advertised capacity and other <br />facilities are utilized to a reasonable level.
