The Applicant shall arrange to bring the existing shed from 8418 Eastwood Road <br />into compliance with setback and zoning requirements based on the proposed new <br />lot line. <br /> <br />3. Payment of the park dedication fee of $1,875 shall be deferred for one year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the applicant shall be granted <br />one year to bring Parcel A into compliance with all City Code requirements.
