The tax rate used for calculations is the estimated 2005/Pay 2006 rate. The total net capacity for the entities listed above are based on estimated Pay 2006 figures. The District will be certified under the actual 2005/Pay 2006 rates, which were unavailable at the time this TIF Plan was prepared. Subsection 2-15. Supporting Documentation Pursuant to M.S. Section 469.175 Subd 1, clause 7 the TIF Plan must contain identification and description of studies and analyses used to make the determination set forth in M.S. Section 469.175 Subd 3, clause (2) and the findings are required in the resolution approving the TIF district.
