The tax rate <br />used for calculations is the estimated 2005/Pay 2006 rate. The total net capacity for the entities listed above <br />are based on estimated Pay 2006 figures. The District will be certified under the actual 2005/Pay 2006 rates, <br />which were unavailable at the time this TIF Plan was prepared. <br />Subsection 2-15. Supporting Documentation <br />Pursuant to M.S. Section 469.175 Subd 1, clause 7 the TIF Plan must contain identification and description <br />of studies and analyses used to make the determination set forth in M.S. Section 469.175 Subd 3, clause (2) <br />and the findings are required in the resolution approving the TIF district.
