<br /> <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 824-06 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br />COMMISSION FINDING THAT A MODIFICATION TO THE PROJECT <br />PLAN FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />AND A MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN <br />FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 5 CONFORM TO THE <br />GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />OF THE CITY. <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, (the "City") has <br />proposed to adopt a Modification to the Project Plan for Mounds View Economic <br />Development Project (the "Project Plan Modification") and adopt a Modification to the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 5 (the "TIF Plan <br />Modification") therefore (the Project Plan Modification and the TIF Plan Modification are <br />referred to collectively herein at the "Modifications") and has submitted the Modifications to <br />the City Planning Commission (the "Commission") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />469.175, Subd. 3; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Modifications to determine their <br />conformity with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as <br />described in the comprehensive plan for the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Modifications <br />conform to the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a <br />whole. <br /> <br />Adopted this 1st day of February, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Gary Stevenson, Chair <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson, Community Dev.
