Mounds View Planning Commission October 4, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 16 <br />________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Mrs. Verschay stated she did not have that right and this is why she wanted to have a discussion <br />on other considerations. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 9:22. <br /> <br />Chair Stevenson asked the Commission what the next step was. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hegland said there are different issues, for example, should the Commission look <br />at height and design issues. He stated if a committee were set up the Planning Commission <br />would get lots of information to sort through. Commissioner Hegland mentioned enforcement <br />issues also exist; for example, is the code too restrictive. <br /> <br />Chair Stevenson stated the Commission should have the code in front of them and look at the <br />2002 changes to see what the restrictions are and reevaluate them after the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />The decision was made to study the code and make recommendations at the October 18, 2006 <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />7.
