<br /> <br />Integra Homes Report <br />December 6, 2006 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />After taking testimony from staff and the applicant, and any public comments, the Commission may <br />take one of the following actions related to the request: <br /> <br />1. Approve the preliminary plat as requested. Resolution 857-06 is attached if the Commissioners <br />choose this action. <br /> <br />2. Deny the preliminary plat. The Commission should direct staff to draft a resolution of denial <br />with findings appropriate to support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table the request.
