The size of the subject property is able to accommodate three dogs, however, the dogs bark excessively, which causes a nuisance to the neighboring properties. <br /> <br />3. There has been one complaint regarding the dogs and many neighbors have <br />expressed concern about the dogs and the excessive barking. Excessive barking <br />can cause the neighbors a loss of enjoyment of their own property. <br /> <br />4.
