<br />Resolution 816-05 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the Certificate and Plat of Survey has been forwarded to the <br />City Attorney for his review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no park dedication fees will be recommended with this subdivision due <br />to there being no new additional lots created by this subdivision. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by James <br />Benson, owner of 8123 Pleasant View Court and 8117-8119 Pleasant View Court, subject <br />to the following: <br /> <br />1. The applicants shall execute and record two easement documents (one for each lot) <br />which dedicate to the public for public use the proposed additional easement areas. <br /> <br />2. The applicants shall be responsible for recording new property deeds to effectuate <br />the subdivision with Ramsey County within 60 days of Council approval.
