<br />Subd. 4. Retail commercial activities; provided, that: <br /> <br />a. Merchandise is sold at retail. <br /> <br />b. The retail activity is located within a structure whose principal use is not commercial sales. <br /> <br />c. The retail activity shall not occupy more than fifteen percent (15%) of the gross floor area of <br />the building. <br /> <br />d. The retail activity is not located within a structure whose principal use is residential. <br /> <br />e. No directly or indirectly illuminated sign or signs in excess of ten (10) square feet <br />identifying the name of the business shall be visible from the outside of the building. <br /> <br />f. No signs or posters of any type advertising products for sale shall be visible from the outside <br />of the building. <br /> <br />g. The provisions of subdivision 1125.01(1)e of this Title are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Buildings combining residential and nonresidential uses allowed in this District; provided, <br />that: <br /> <br /> a. Residential and nonresidential uses shall not be contained on the same floor. <br /> <br /> b. The residential and nonresidential uses shall not conflict in any manner. <br /> <br /> c. The residential building standards as outlined in this Chapter are met. <br /> <br />d. The provisions of subdivision 1125.01(1)e of this Title are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />(1988 Code §40.15)
